This cake was created for a retirement party.  I wanted to create something fresh and feminine, so I came up with this!  The roses and butterflies are individually hand made from sugar paste and the cake has a delicate lace trim.  I loved playing with the color gradients in the roses and I think it especially made a difference on the pink/white roses.

This anniversary cake was a last minute order so with only a few hours to deliver I whipped up a scrumptious red velvet cake and topped it with a ring of orange flowers.

I got a request for an Elvis theme cake which turned out to be so fun to make!  The Elvis is handmade of sugarpaste and the cake is accented by musical notes, stars, and my favorite part – the piano keyboard base!

This combination of modern stripes and fresh flowers makes for one chic cake!  The cupcakes around the two tier cake are topped with matching sugar roses and callas.

Sugar roses are probably my favorite flower to make so I had a blast creating this three tier cream & gold wedding cake!  Each rose is made individually by hand and when dry, hand painted with a touch of ivory shimmer.

Here are a few of our latest cupcake towers.  Cupcake towers are perfect for casual weddings and are a great way to please guests with a variety of flavors.

This cake was designed for a bride with an orange rose theme.  It is a great example of our basic cakes!
