This is a dessert bar created for a couples vintage theme wedding held at Byron’s South End in south Charlotte. I had a great time baking these goodies and decorating them in such a beautiful color scheme. The bar includes blondies, cupcakes, cake truffles, mini lemon meringue pies, 20lbs. of candy, sugar cookie favors and a centerpiece cake crowned with sugar paste roses – whew! My favorite part of this bar was when we returned to collect the flatware and every plate had been cleaned – must have been delish!
